Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner (Little Buddy's)

We are a family run dog groomers and pet supplies, we are based on the high street and we have over 2000 clients. We are a very busy little business and have trained many apprentices in the past. They generally become full time employed with us once trained by us.

Working on shop front serving customers, stocking shelves, placing orders, general cleaning, booking appointments over the phone and face to face. Assisting dog groomers with bathing and drying dogs and preparing ready for grooming.

We are looking for a Customer Service apprentice  to come and join the team that is fun, enthusiastic, and looking to learn. Little Buddys is a busy dog groomers and pet supplies so always busy with lots of opportunity for progression for the right person. 

Tasks will include:

• Working on shop floor including general cleaning & tidying
• Serving customers
• Stocking shelves
• Placing orders
• Booking appointments over the phone and face to face
• Answering customer queries
• Assisting dog groomers with bathing and drying dogs and preparing ready for grooming

Personal qualities

• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing clean and tidy

Desired qualifications

GCSE maths and English Grade (4) or above desirable but not essential. 

Must not already hold a level 2 or above in Customer Service.

Future prospects

This apprenticeship will give the apprentice the opportunity to grow their skills and provide them with a solid base to progress to a Level 3 Customer Service qualification or a dog grooming course. There may be the opportunity for a full time position for the right person.

Things to consider

There may be the opportunity to complete additional City & Guilds Level 2 Dog Grooming units while on this apprenticeship.
