Key Skills are generic skills used widely within day-to-day activities. KEITS offer Key Skills at level 1, 2 and 3 in Application of Number, Communication, Information Communication and Technology, Improving Own Learning and Performance, Working with Others and Problem Solving. Key Skills are required as part of apprenticeship frameworks.
KEITS have developed appropriate work based tasks to assist in the development of the portfolio to assess Key Skills within a work based practical setting. There are also multiple-choice tests in Application of Number, Communication, Information Communication and Technology as part of the Key Skill assessment.
